Loxley, Alabama Police Department Wins K9 Photo Contest

LOXLEY, ALABAMA - K9 Rexi with the Loxley Police Department was selected as the winner of our Winter Police K9 Photo Contest. On Monday, February 20th, almost 250 dogs from agencies across the nation were added to a random winner generator to win a $500 grant on behalf of Blue Line Unlimited. This contest was open to any US law enforcement agency, and the prize money was directed to be used as the agency sees fit to cover training, medical, and equipment expenses for their K9 unit. "We just started our K9 program back up at Loxley and winning this grant will help us so much!" said Patrolman Shawn Lister with Loxley Police Department.

At Blue Line Unlimited, our mission is to serve, support, and assist our fellow brothers and sisters in blue, but we can't forget about supporting the paws that also enforce the laws.
