Dan Clementi
PRESIDENT, FOUNDER
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Kent State University in 1989. He has worked for the Lake County Narcotics Agency, Cleveland Heights Police Department and is currently a Lieutenant with the Shaker Heights Police Department. Dan has been married for 25 years and has four children. His oldest son has followed in his footsteps to pursue a career in law enforcement.

Ralph Spidalieri
VICE PRESIDENT, FOUNDER
Ralph has a 30-year background in law enforcement starting at the age of 19 in the Euclid City Jail to completing the police academy at age 20. Ralph spent most of his career with the Shaker Heights Police Department as a Corporal in the Traffic Division and was also a member of SWAT as a Counter Sniper. Ralph currently serves as Chief Deputy with the Portage County Sheriff's Office.
In 1999, Ralph founded Great Lakes Outdoor Supply, a sporting goods retail company. Since 2012, Ralph has served as Geauga County Commissioner with key responsibilities overseeing the County budget of over $100 million dollars annually along with 11 county departments and over 250 employees.

George Moser
SECOND VICE PRESIDENT
George is a retired Captain of the Parma Fire Department, where he served for over 34 years. During his career he took several cross-over roles, serving as a SWAT and Bomb Medic with the Southwest Enforcement Bureau.

James Bucks
SECRETARY, FOUNDER
Jim started in law enforcement as an auxiliary officer for the City of Bedford in 1985. He was then hired as a full-time officer by the City of Warrensville Heights in 1986 where he served until 1997. Jim was hired by the City of Shaker where he served with Dan Clementi and Ralph Spidalieri as they worked together on the SWAT team (1*). Jim was forced to retire in September of 2001 due to health reasons. Jim is married with three grown children.

Nicole Spidalieri
EVENT COORDINATOR
Nicole has been a part of Blue Line Unlimited since the beginning in 2016. Nicole focuses on handling all aspects of ticket systems and order processing along with event organization arrangements. Nicole is the daughter of Ralph Spidalieri and a proud supporter of our first responders.

Chris has been a lifelong Law Enforcment officer and current serves the Warren, Ohio Police Department.

Bruce Zuchowski
DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL OPERATIONS
Born in Cleveland, Bruce Zuchowski has lived in Portage County since 1978. The son of a Cleveland police officer, Bruce served the public for almost thirty years: twenty six years with the Ohio State Patrol (14 years as Assistant Post Commander) and two and a half years as a part-time and special deputy in the Portage County Sheriff’s Office.
Bruce currently serves as the Sheriff for Portage County, Ohio after being elected in November of 2020.

Mike Hutson
Lt. Mike Hutson dedicated 33 years of distinguished service to the Shaker Heights Police Department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Akron and is a graduate of several prestigious law enforcement leadership programs, including the Ohio Law Enforcement Foundation’s Police Executive Leadership College (PELC), Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command, and the Force Science Institute’s Officer-Involved Shooting Certification Course.
Throughout his career, Lt. Hutson served in a variety of critical roles. He was a valued member of the department’s SWAT team for fifteen years and a certified OPOTA instructor with specialized expertise in firearms and advanced driving techniques.
Lt. Hutson is recognized for his commitment to professional excellence, tactical expertise, and leadership in law enforcement.

Dennis Bergansky
Dennis Bergansky is a retired law enforcement professional who served with distinction for 26 years at the Bedford Police Department. His career included five years in patrol, sixteen years as a detective, and five years as a patrol sergeant. He also spent sixteen years as a member of the Southeast Area Law Enforcement (SEALE) SWAT Team, bringing tactical expertise and dedication to high-risk operations. Dennis retired from the force in July 2019.
Before entering law enforcement, Dennis worked in landscaping, excavating, and construction, gaining hands-on experience and a strong work ethic that carried into his police career.
Today, Dennis continues to serve the community as a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Living, working alongside his wife, Kathleen. Together, they help clients navigate the real estate market with professionalism and care. Dennis is also a proud father of two.

Nelson Cancel
Nelson Cancel serves as the Police Chaplain for the Shaker Heights Police Department in Ohio, a role he has held since 2023. In this capacity, he provides vital crisis response and critical incident support, offers officer wellness services and spiritual guidance, and plays a key role in community outreach and relationship building.
Nelson holds a Doctorate in Chaplaincy, along with Master’s degrees in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Counseling and Chaplaincy with a focus on pastoral ministry and counseling. He is also certified in Emergency Spiritual Care and Crisis Response.
With a mission rooted in compassion, integrity, and faith, Nelson Cancel is dedicated to walking alongside law enforcement officers, building bridges between the department and the community, and offering hope and healing during moments of crisis.
