After serious consideration and an in-depth look at the forecast of COVID-19 in Ohio, we have decided to cancel this year's Outdoorsmen for Officers Banquet. We know that this is a cherished event by so many, and the decision was a tough one, but was made in the best interest of our supporters. As this event hosts a large amount of people, we are unaware of the regulations of large scale events in the foreseeable future. - Event tickets and sponsorships will be refunded to the purchasers. Side raffle ($30,000 Cash Bash, $5,000 Bonus Cash, and Safe & 10 Gun) tickets will not be refunded as these raffles will still take place.
- If you purchased event tickets or sponsorships, you will be contacted with refund information.
- The $30,000 Cash Bash, $5,000 Bonus Cash, and Safe & 10 Gun Drawing will still take place. These tickets be refunded. This includes all single tickets along with ticket packages as these raffles will still take place.
- If you purchased tickets to the event or sponsorships, you will be contacted to confirm your mailing address.
When will I recieve my refund?
We would like to distribute refunds as quickly as possible. We would expect all refunds to be distributed by May 16, 2020.
When/where will the $30,000 Cash Bash, $5,000 Bonus Cash, and Safe & 10 Gun Raffle take place?
This raffle is scheduled to take place at the Geauga Veteran's Sport Fest in September. More information will follow regarding this event. There is not an admission cost to attend this event if you would like to be present at the drawing.
Will sponsorships be refunded?
All sponsorships for this event will be refunded. If you purchased a sponsorship, you will be contacted regarding refund information.
