Blue Line Unlimited

Our Mission

Founded in 2016, Blue Line Unlimited provides assistance to first responders and their families in the way of benefits, training, education and equipment. Our vision is to be the largest nonprofit organization benefiting law enforcement and first responders throughout the United States. Having nonprofit status, Blue Line Unlimited is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Dan Clementi

President

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Kent State University in 1989. He has worked for the Lake County Narcotics Agency, Cleveland Heights Police Department and is currently a Sergeant with the Shaker Heights Police Department.

Dan has been married for 25 years and has four children. His oldest son has followed in his footsteps to pursue a career in law enforcement.

Ralph Spidalieri

Vice President

Ralph has a 30 year background in law enforcement starting at the age of 19 in the Euclid City Jail to completing the police academy at age 20. Ralph spent most of his career with the Shaker Heights Police Department as a Corporal in the Traffic Division and was also a member of SWAT as a Counter Sniper. Ralph is currently commissioned with the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office.

In 1999, Ralph founded Great Lakes Outdoor Supply, a sporting goods retail company that serves the needs of hunters, fisherman, archers, campers, and shooting sports enthusiasts across Northern Ohio.

Since 2012, Ralph has served as Geauga County Commissioner with key responsibilities overseeing County budget of over $100 million dollars annually along with 11 county departments and over 250 employees.

George Moser

Second Vice President

George is a retired Captain of the Parma Fire Department, where he served for over 34 years. During his career he took several cross-over roles, serving as a SWAT and Bomb Medic with the Southwest Enforcement Bureau.

Bruce Zuchowski

Director of Special Operations

Bruce has served the public in law enforcement for almost 30 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and Portage County Sheriff's Office. In addition to extensive training, Bruce is a certified OPOTA police instructor, district range, ALICE, and active shooter instructor. He is the President and Chairman for the Ohio State Troopers Retirees Association and a member of the Ravenna FOP Logde #70.

Bruce has been married to the love of his life, Amanda (Mandy) for twenty-eight years and enjoys a rich family life. Both of their children are highly successful college athletes. Bruce is a proud supporter of the NRA and a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment.

Nicole Spidalieri

Director of Event Coordination

As a current senior at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, Nicole has been a part of Blue Line Unlimited since the beginning. Nicole focuses on handling all aspects of ticket systems and order processing along with event organization arrangements. Nicole is the daughter of Ralph Spidalieri and a proud supporter of our first responders.

James Bucks

Secretary

Jim started in law enforcement as an auxiliary officer for the City of Bedford in 1985. He was then hired as a full-time officer by the City of Warrensville Heights in 1986 where he served until 1997. Jim was hired by the City of Shaker where he served with Dan Clementi and Ralph Spidalieri as they worked together on the SWAT team (1*). Jim was forced to retire in September of 2001 due to health reasons.

Jim is married with three grown children.

Chris Clementi

Sergeant at Arms

Chris has been a lifelong Law Enforcment officer and current serves the Warren, Ohio Police Department.

Laura Clague

Sponsor Coordinator

After high school, Laura became a dispatcher for the Brecksville Police Department. She earned four Associate degrees including Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement/Police Academy, Security Administration and Corrections. Laura has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Chancellor Univeristy and is currently a police officer in Shaker Heights.
