Our Mission

Founded in 2016, Blue Line Unlimited provides assistance to families and officers in the way of benefits, training, education and equipment. Our vision is to be the largest nonprofit organization benefiting law enforcement throughout the United States. Having nonprofit status, Blue Line Unlimited is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Dan Clementi

Dan Clementi

President

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Kent State University in 1989.
He has worked for the Lake County Narcotics Agency, Cleveland Heights PD and is currently a Sergeant in the Shaker Heights PD.

He has been married for 25 years and has four children. His oldest son has followed his footsteps into law enforcement.

Ralph Spidalieri

Vice President

Ralph has a 28 year background in law enforcement from age of 19 starting out in corrections at the Euclid City Jail to completing the Police academy at age 20. Ralph spent most of his career with the Shaker Heights Police Department as a Corporal in the Traffic Division and also a member of SWAT as a Counter Sniper. He is currently a commissioned peace officer with the Mahoning County Sheriff Office.

Ralph is also the founder of Great Lakes Outdoor Supply. He started in 1999 consisting of 2 retail locations in northern Ohio that serves the needs of Hunters, Fishermen, Archers, Campers and Shooting Sports enthusiasts.

Ralph also serves as Geauga County Commissioner since 2012 with his key responsibilities overseeing the County budget of over 100 Million dollars annually and oversees 11 departments with over 250 employees.

Ralph has spent a lifetime supporting and promoting law enforcement and the officers that serve.

George Moser

Second Vice President

George is a retired Captain of the Parma Fire Department, where he served over 34 years. During his career he took several cross-over roles, serving as a SWAT and Bomb Medic, with the Southwest Enforcement Bureau.

Bruce Zuchowski

Bruce Zuchowski

Director of Special Operations

Born in Cleveland, Bruce Zuchowski has lived in Portage County since 1978.The son of a Cleveland police officer, Bruce served the public for almost thirty years: twenty six years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol (14 years as a sergeant) and two and a half years as a part-time and special deputy in the Portage County Sheriff’s Office.

Bruce has earned several Awards and Commendation letters through the years, including one for saving a man’s life. In addition to extensive training in law enforcement, Bruce is also a certified OPOTA police instructor, district range, ALICE, and active shooter instructor who has trained and instructed not only troopers, but many other police departments, school administrators, and the public.He is the President and Chairman of the Ohio State Troopers Association. He is a member of Ravenna FOP (Lodge #70).

Having been married to the love of his life, Amanda, for twenty-eight years, Bruce enjoys a rich family life. Both of his children are successful college athletes, and are doing excellent academically. 

A Mason for many years, Bruce and his family also attend Damascus Friends Church.He is a proud member of the NRA, and a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment.

Nicole Spidalieri

As a current junior at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School in Geauga County, Ohio, Nicole has been a part of Blue Line Unlimited since the beginning. Nicole focuses on handling all aspects of ticketing systems and order processing for Blue Line Unlimited and their event organization arrangements. Nicole is the daughter of Ralph Spidalieri and is a proud supporter of our first responders. 

James Bucks

Jim started in law enforcement as an auxiliary officer for the City of Bedford in 1985. Then hired as a full-time officer by the City of Warrensville Hts. in 1986, serving there until 1997, when hired by the City of Shaker Hts. Here, Jim had the honor of serving with Ralph Spidalieri and Dan Clementi. The three also worked together with the SWAT team (1*). Bucks was forced to retire in Sept. 2001 as he began his 16th year, due to health reasons. With this personal experience, he knows the devastation of a career ending incident. That’s what Blue Line Unlimited is about and his commitment to help others.

Jim is married, with three grown boys.

Chris has been a lifelong Law Enforcement Officer and currently serves the Warren, Ohio Police Department. 

Laura Clague

After high school, Laura became a dispatcher for the Brecksville Police Department. She earned four Associate degrees including Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement/Police Academy, Security Administration and Corrections. Laura has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Chancellor Univeristy and is currently a police officer in Shaker Heights.
